How do I access the console of my VMWare VM?

  • First, log in to the VMWare Management Console. If you need help logging in, click here.
  • Once you are logged in and presented with the management screen for your VM, click the 'Console' tab, shown in the orange rectangle in the image below.

  • You should now be able to log in and control the console of your VM, this is useful if you want to restart individual services on your VPS, without shutting the system completely down.
