Introduction
Ipera provide Virtual Private Servers using Parallels Virtuozzo Containers. You can manage your VPS on a number of different levels using different remote management interfaces:
The Virtuozzo Power Panel (VPP) can be accessed by navigating to https://www.yourdomain.com.au:4643/ and logging in with your username and password. This management interface allows you to perform machine-level tasks like stopping and starting your VPS, configuring backups, starting and stopping processes and logging in to the console of your VPS.
The HSP Control Panel allows you to configure the different services running on your VPS - for example your web service, ftp service, domain name service, mail service and database connectivity. You can also add and remove users and change passwords for different services. You can access the HSP Control Panel by navigating to http://hsp.ipera.net.au/. Using the Virtuozzo Power Panel
If you need access to your VPS at a system-wide level, for example to reboot the machine or access the console, then you need to log in to the Virtuozzo Power Panel. Links to documents describing the process are listed below.
Using HSP Complete
HSP Complete/Plesk is an industry standard graphical user interface that allows you to manage e-mail, web-hosting, domain names, databases and much more. It is a powerful tool that makes it easy for you to configure your sites without having to resort to tedious and technical command-line configuration.
