To add additional domains to your HSP Complete control panel allowing you to upload a website and create email accounts you should complete the following steps.

How do I password protect a directory?

HSP Complete allows you to password protect a directory. When the directory is accessed via a web browser the visitor will be prompted for a username and password before they are allowed entry.

How do I perform a complete site backup?

HSP Complete allows for complete backups to be made of website data, mail accounts and databases. These backups can be stored either locally or offsite via FTP and scheduled to run at off peak times.

How do I create and manage databases?

HSP Complete allows easy creation and management of MySQL or MSSQL databases from within the control panel.

How do I enable and view website statistics

HSP Complete integrates with Webalizer and AWstats to provide detailed webstatistics in an easy to use interface. Both Webalizer and AWstats give in depth analysis on an array of information including number of page views and hits, peak browsing periods, country of visitors and visitor web browser data.

How do I configure a subdomain

A subdomain allows the creation of http://yoursubdomain.yourdomain.com and acts as a seperate website to your primary site. A seperate FTP login is created and allows data to be uploaded.

How do I create a web user?

A Web User provides a personal and secure subdirectory of your website, such as www.yourdomain.com/~mike. Web Users are provided with individual FTP access to their user directory. Web Users can not access other Web Users data, or your website data.

How do I view my site prior to DNS delegation?

HSP Complete allows you to preview your website prior to delegating DNS or while DNS propagation is taking place.

How do I configure a AutoResponder

An autoresponder provides an immediate response to and email with a message previously written and saved within the HSP Complete control panel.
