How do I configure a website?

To add additional domains to your HSP Complete control panel allowing you to upload a website and create email accounts you should complete the following steps.

To add additional domains to your HSP Complete control panel allowing you to upload a website and create email accounts you should complete the following steps.
Login to your HSP Complete control panel at https://hsp.ipera.net.au/cp using the information provided to you

  • Click on System from the navigation bar

  • Click on Add New Domain, confirm your contact details are correct and click OK.

  • Select from Physical Hosting or Standard Forwarding. Physical Hosting will allow you to upload a new website and control website configuration. Standard Forwarding allows you to forward your domain to an alternate site.

  • You will be presented with the Physical hosting setup page. The following options can be configured
    • SSL Support - Allows for Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificates to be assigned to the website. SSL enabled websites require an exclusive IP address, you should contact support for assistance with this feature.
    • FTP Login and FTP Password - Allows for configuration of FTP Username and Password for uploading of website by File Transfer Protocol (FTP). Specify your desired FTP authentication details.
    • Services Supported - Depending on your hosting plan limits individual services can be enabled and disabled as you require them. These services may include SSI, PHP, CGI and Python. It is recommended you only enable those services which you require to use in an attempt to maintain website security.
    • Custom Error Documents - Allows you to specify custom error pages for 403 Forbidden and 404 File Not Found errors. Standard server generated error pages will be displayed if this option is unchecked.
  •  The domain will now be ready for management and uploading of content.
