Reviewing your service usage

This document details how to access and review internet usage on an Ipera Internet service.

Using the Ipera customer portal you are able to review Internet usage of your Ipera Internet service for both current and previous months.

In order to access the Ipera customer portal, you will need an Ipera issued username and password. If you have not previously ben provided credentials please contact the Ipera Helpdesk on 1300473722 (0249101000).

1. Using an Internet Browser such as Internet Explorer, browse to

https://www.ipera.net.au/members/default.asp
2. Enter your username and password as provided by Ipera

3. From the Customers menu option, select Internet Usage

4.  The displayed page provides a summary of usage for all Internet services you have with Ipera for the current month.

5.  Usage information pertaining to a specific service or month can be viewed by selecting the desired view from the Service and Period drop down menus

Summary reports can be sent Daily, Weekly or Monthly allowing you to track your usage. To have email alerts enabled for your Ipera Internet service, please contact the Ipera Helpdesk.
